For the third year in a row, ScottMadden’s Carbon Offsets Matching Program will allow employees and the firm to work together to offset carbon emissions related to travel and business operations. Driving positive change is at the core of ScottMadden’s business, from the work that we do with our clients to the impact that our employees have in their communities through company-sponsored events and personal outreach efforts. Our “Spotlight” employees demonstrate both our diverse workforce and the varied interests and involvement of our employees.
Career development is important at ScottMadden. Each year, consultants meet with their assigned sponsor to create a detailed personal development plan. On the first Friday of every month, sessions are held in all ScottMadden offices to discuss current industry topics or best-practice consulting techniques. In addition, more formal training for each consultant level is provided. To further our ongoing commitment to building the skillsets of our people, we offer LinkedIn Learning training courses, which can be customized to your interests and developmental goals, and monthly small group discussions with relevant presentations on topics of interest.
