The best aspects are that our employees are allowed to determine their own work schedule. Meaning, they get to choose how many hours per week they want to work and how much vacation they want to take over the course of the year, as long as they meet the minimum requirements to be considered a full time employee. As mentioned above, it is very easy to take time off as long as you communicate in advance and transition any work that has to be done while you are out.
