It prepares you well for trial practice upon graduation. It also has good professors.

Downers

It is needlessly work-intensive. Focuses more on trial practice than transactional.

Comments

If you want to do trial work this is a good school for you.

Good people at the helm and throughout the faculty and staff.

Downers

Baylor Law is draconian in its policies (no laptops in class during 1L year and much of 3L year) and beyond frustrating in its grading.

Comments

Do you want to live and practice litigation in a medium-sized Texas market? Go to Baylor. If you want to live elsewhere in the country, don't bother.
