It is not as challenging as it can be, but there is some difficult tasks put forward within the classes. What is unfair to many of those who aren't business majors is that SMU has an important strictly on Cox students. It makes students of other schools not feel as proud, important, or pushed. As a previous pre-med student, I felt that it was almost discouraged. Academics importance is placed on Cox.

Quality of Life

Living on campus is costly. It is cheaper to live off campus, but the lifestyle on campus is effective for social life. You make friends, attend events, and understand the spirit and importance of SMU much more. It is also safe.

Admissions

ACT scores have much importance placed on them. Application essays, SAT scores, high school GPA, and extracurriculars are also important, similar to the other universities.
