Very good, 120 credits, core includes: science, humanities, SAGES writing classes. Research opportunities are very available, study abroad is doable but short term study abroad opportunities are very accessible.

Quality of Life

costs are pretty high, mostly due to housing and tuition. I feel safe but the campus does have security problems pretty frequently ie muggings. The food on campus is very good, housing is very good for upper classmen but not so good for freshman and sophomores. The school has good relations with the surrounding community

Admissions

Good financial aid, common app, no secondary essays or anything, free application

Gen Ed for college of arts and sciences. Lots of Science and Engineering majors. Class sizes large for intro science/engineering. Research opportunities handed out like candy. Not cut-throat pre-med environment. Have study-abroad programs catering to the needs of engineering and science majors. Tough work-load for engineering and science especially when hit junior. Large number of nobel proze winners

Quality of Life

Housing available all 4 years, facilities for freshman a bit outdated. The library is a phenomenal place to study. Lots of things to do around cleveland, so never a dull moment.

Admissions

Pre-professional scholars program for pre-law, med, dental. No application fee. Early action available. Fantastic financial aid
