Advice to Potential Interns

Get ready a full adventure and a great experience. The people you will meet will want to stay in touch with you and will provide you the strongest guidance. No need to feel shy, uncomfortable, or left out because here everyone will support you and make you feel a part of the Home Depot family. Aside from the unique culture, you will get the opportunity to work with other cross functional teams and gain experience hands on.

Advice to Management

There can be a lot of work load for an intern to complete. So my advice would be to take it down a notch, present the information when one task is completed so that the intern learns that and uses that in the future for a full time job.
