I really did not dislike anything at all! Baxter has an incredible internship program.

Advice to Potential Interns

Treat your internship like a 10-12 week interview - not just so the company can interview you, but so you can interview them as well.

Advice to Management

Because Baxter is outside of Chicago, they are not as competitive in compensation. They really should be as to secure the incoming talent!
