The company had internal organizations for women, LGBTQ+, Black & Latinx staff. While joining these organizations was optional, their events and messaging were communicated company-wide in the weekly newsletter. Outside of those organizations, the company always made sure to celebrate minority identities through the advertisement of holidays like Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. They even paid attention to diversity in the cafeteria, with the menu often including popular African, African American, Latino and Asian dishes.
