“Charles River Associates provides interns with an authentic entry level experience with genuine responsibility and a supportive culture.”
Boston, MA2018VERIFIED INTERN

At CRA, interns are treated as if they were full-time analyst. They are given meaningful work and are able to directly contribute to client-facing projects as well as work closely with senior staff. The junior staff culture is welcoming and all full-time employees go out of their way to make sure the experience is both professionally rewarding and socially engaging.

Downers

The pace of work is a little unpredictable. Some days several tasks accumulate at the same time and other days the project work is light.

Advice to Potential Interns

Because CRA staffs based on a specialist model (as opposed to generalist consultant), it is important to make sure the practice where you apply is a good fit for your interests.

Advice to Management

I wish there had been a little more guidance at the very beginning of the internship and more clarity on who to contact for specific types of questions.
