Advice to Potential Interns

This is a great internship program if your someone who enjoys working and learning more about the construction industry. Make sure you are always asking for more to do and more responsibility .

Advice to Management

Possibly send out a summary to the interns prior to coming to the internship of what they can expect to be doing

Example

Project team message: This summer some of the things you can expect to be doing are dealing with submittals and RFIs, updating drawings using blue beam, working with dc green code, etc.

As a result the intern could possibly look into these things prior to coming so they have some background knowledge.
