The on site aspect was my favorite as I got the ability to visit jobsites and see the work that was going on.
DownersCovid made it difficult and doing virtual training is never fun but HITT still adapted to the best of its abilities.
Advice to Potential InternsMake your own opportunities. Always ask for more work and be curious about what your superiors are doing. Keep asking questions.
