Because the company is so big, there are a ton of opportunities to network. We can always find work to do if we are searching for it. Mentors are great. AT&T really makes an effort for you to have multiple touch points and people to connect to. We have a beacon who is a colleague a year or two ahead of us, our supervisor and our business partner that we do work for.
