Great programs and training. Were not afraid to give real work once you prove yourself. Very nice culture and willing to help.
DownersVery long hours and don't have the same office amenities / perks of some other firms so spending so much time in the office could get tough
Advice to Potential InternsGreat hybrid experience between PE and IB. The firm does a lot of principal investing that gives a well rounded experience
