Great training and firm culture around mentoring, challenging and dynamic work, office location culture focused on its people, client rotations give exposure to different types of experiences.

Because of long hours during busy season, it was hard to get to know any of the other ~100 interns if they weren't on my team.

Advice to Potential Interns

When going through recruiting, it's important to get to know as many current members of the firm as possible. Everyone will tell you the way they made their decision about which firm to choose was based on the people; I would say that's true, so it is important to try and seek out as many people as possible at a firm. The firms will try to bring a representative sample of their office to recruiting events, but it is hard to get the people they want away from work for a day. If you don't meet anybody you really click with at first, ask a recruiter if they can connect you with someone. They know everyone and will be able to make it happen.
