As part of the AT&T Leadership Development Internship Program, you’ll gain immediate access to a strong network of leaders who have an industry-wide reputation for success. You’ll drive impactful work across key segments of the AT&T business. AT&T has areas of innovation for nearly every interest. It’s all designed to immerse you in the company’s global operations and increase your industry knowledge.
You’ll also gain management experience while keeping customers connected in areas like Entertainment Content & Operations, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Cyber Security, Sales and Marketing, as well as Consumer and Business Operations.
Additionally, you’ll have the chance to participate in mentoring circles, innovation fast-pitch sessions, and take advantage of numerous opportunities to give back and support the communities in which we live and work.
To be considered for this program, you must be actively pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree supported by three years or more of full-time work experience. Technical undergrad degrees are a plus. The program’s most successful candidates have also had supervisory responsibilities and are able to collaborate on complex issues. Be ready for an adventure and have an eagerness to thrive in a variety of leadership positions in exciting cities like the greater Dallas and Atlanta areas, Southern California or to other locations where the program offers job assignments. These job assignment locations are variable and subject to change at any time for the needs of the business.
