Here at AT&T, we’re delivering the future first. And our people are the ones getting us there. But to do that requires dedication, passion and hard work. And most importantly, it requires leadership. With strong leaders our spirit of innovation thrives, and that’s why we continuously invest in people to run and lead our company. With the goal of delivering the future first for our customers, our leaders make the impossible, possible.
Over the course of three action-packed summers (after your freshman, sophomore and junior years), you’ll explore different areas of our company to find the right one for you in our AT&T Summer Internship Program. You’ll join a strong network of peers, get executive exposure and tackle real assignments. The ultimate goal is to set you up for a long-term career that grows with you. For us, this ensures that our next generation of leaders is prepared to hit the ground running from day one. Now that’s a win-win situation.
So what are we looking for in a summer intern candidate? We are looking for detail-oriented students with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to help drive our results. Creativity and collaboration skills are a must, along with the flexibility to work independently or in a group environment. You’ll also need to be naturally curious about the many innovations being fostered at AT&T every day, and willing to network and build relationships that will benefit your career.
