Gap Inc. offers summer internships across all a multitude of areas of the company- within its brands & corporate functions. Throughout 9 weeks, all interns will experience shared events and activities to learn about Gap Inc., hear from leaders, and network with each other. Interns are broken out by the function of the business they are joining and will attend separate events and classes that are focused on their individual functional areas. Interns will receive practical knowledge through daily work & projects assigned by their managers. Internships are around 70% on the job training and project and 30% classroom learning, company experiences, & executive speakers. Interns are encouraged to network with each other to build relationships and learn about different areas of the business.
