Burlington's Internship Program provides a meaningful experience that often leads to a full-time job upon graduation. Interns work with a variety of leaders while also having experiences that result in learning all aspects of the off-price industry and what it takes to be a leader. Your contributions make a real impact on the business.
Interns at Burlington Stores corporate offices have the opportunity to do real work and contribute on teams throughout the summer. The jobs that are available in the program include Buying Interns, Planning & Allocation Interns, Finance Interns, Ecommerce Interns and IT Interns. All interns are assigned to a one to one Manager relationship and are given specific objectives to demonstrate throughout the course of the summer.
In addition to the learning the day to day responsibilities of the role, they are also having lunch and learns, networking opportunities with Executives and participate in a cross functional group project that culminates with final presentations to Senior Leadership teams. The number one piece of feedback Burlington interns share post program is that they cannot believe how quickly they were able to contribute to their teams and the impact they were able to make on the organization.
