Atlantic Record’s Internship Program is an unpaid, multidimensional, and educational program that begins by matching students with a specific department in Atlantic Records based on their interests and the qualifications for the position. As an Intern for Atlantic Records, you’ll gain real-world experience by helping departments meet their business goals, networking and learning from industry professionals, as well as collaborating on innovative projects.

Upon joining the program, interns gain practical experience by participating in the day-to-day activities of their department and are exposed to the broader music industry environment via guest speakers, educational workshops, and participation in a marketing-focused competition.

It is the mission of every member of the WMG team around the world to create a nurturing environment for artists, songwriters, and the people behind the music, every stage of their career. We strive to set WMG apart from the rest of the industry by embracing a philosophy of innovation that is part of our company's DNA.
