Our IT Internship Program is designed to give undergrads meaningful work in specific functions of the information technology (IT) environment; to provide a deeper understanding of IT in a corporate setting and its relationship to the greater organization, and to help interns get to know Thrivent Financial through networking and learning activities on our beautiful campuses.
We kick things off with New Employee Orientation day one, and thereafter support and train our IT Interns through our robust IT Onboarding Program, with role-specific education and experience from their mentor and their manager throughout their internship.
Internships are a key piece of Thrivent's entry level talent pipeline for our large IT division in Appleton WI and Minneapolis MN.
