The Rhode Island State Government Intern Program places participants in positions within the Rhode Island government, including the executive, judicial, and legislative branches and various departments and agencies of the state government.
The Rhode Island State Government Intern Program offers participants the chance to work within the Rhode Island government. Past placements have included the Department of Administration, the Department of the Attorney General, the Department of Health, and the Public Defender’s Office, as well as judicial clerkships for law students. The program provides interesting options for law students, including opportunities to participate in actual litigation and conduct research.
Open to undergraduate, law, and graduate students, as well as recent graduates.
