Nestle makes just about everything in an average dorm room vending machine, from Baby Ruth and Raisinets to Sno-caps and 100 Grand. Even California Pizza Kitchen and Hot Pockets are on the Nestle payroll. Headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland and founded by Henri Nestlé in 1866, Nestle is truly a household name.
Interns work on meaningful projects throughout the company, gaining access to everyone from entry-level employees to the bigwigs up top. Undergraduate interns work in departments including finance and control, logistics, operations and procurement, whereas MBA interns complete a brand management internship in the marketing department. Students attend various company-wide and intern-specific events, including a senior management lunch-and-learn and an all-intern volunteer day. There are several opportunities for students to transition into full-time positions at Nestle once they’ve completed their degree.
Juniors, seniors and MBA students are eligible to apply. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required for most positions.
