WM interns work to succeed in the evolving marketplace by helping clients realize the benefits of business, process, & technologies. A WM intern works alongside client teams to transform operations related to business & technology. Interns are an integral part of producing deliverables, collaborating with WMP teammates, & presenting to clients. They build a foundation of business consulting knowledge & industry expertise, while gaining hands-on experience with supporting technologies.
West Monroe is looking for sharp, energetic, ambitious individuals who are serious about taking their first steps in a consulting career. The 10-week West Monroe internships include dedicated career advisors to help you identify and pursue your passion, along with a formal review cycle meant to help you land a meaningful consulting career.
You’ll be engaged in transformative client projects, with the opportunity to make contributions right away. You’ll have exposure to leaders in our clients’ organizations, as well as at West Monroe Partners. You’ll be expected to speak up, sharing your knowledge and gaining some along the way. Your West Monroe team and practice area leaders care about your growth and want to help you make the most of this important first step down a consulting career path.
You’ll also have the opportunity to experience the West Monroe culture throughout the summer. The office outings include of lunch and learns with the leadership team, National Day of Service, the Chiefs Program, summer Barbecues, an Intern conference and more.

West Monroe is recruiting individuals with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum major GPA of 3.0
- Track record of outstanding academic performance in area of study
- Demonstrated leadership involvement in various campus groups or organizations
- Strong teamwork, problem solving, and communication skills
- Aptitude to learn and interest in the industry
