Consulting Internship: Various offices
As a consulting intern, you will have the opportunity to:
• Analyze client’s dilution statistics including SAFS 123 expense analysis, financial performance, retention, and mix of long-term incentive vehicles to incorporate into competitive analysis reports.
• Assist analysts, associates and consultants to prepare competitive analysis of cash and long-term incentive compensation for executives and directors.
• Assist analysts, associates and consultants to conduct research on general trends on executive and director compensation.
• Tools used include MS Office, Hoovers, Yahoo Finance, Equilar, Standard & Poor’s Research Insight database, and various online survey resources.

Requirements

Majors that are typically successful in Compensation Consulting are Major or significant coursework in mathematics, statistics or other quantitative analytics strongly desired. Background in Economics, Finance, Business, or Accounting is a plus.
