- “I interviewed with a total of 7 people at CRA prior to being hired. The interview process was substantial, but I was able to interview remotely (and avoid missing school for interviews). The interview questions tested my analytical thinking skills, but I was not expected to have a large amount of knowledge about economic consulting. Compared to other interview processes I have taken part in, CRA seemed very focused on my coursework/transcript. Each interviewer was warm and friendly. The warmth of the interviewers made the interview process less nerve-wracking.”
