About Charles River Associates Undergraduate Internship Program

Charles River Associates (CRA) is a leading global consulting firm that offers economic, financial, and strategic expertise to major law firms, corporations, accounting firms, and governments around the world.

CRA offers litigation and regulatory support, business strategy and planning, market and demand forecasting, policy analysis, and risk management consulting.

CRA Analyst Interns are quickly integrated into the firm's practice and the local office culture alongside an accomplished mentor. Interns gain a wealth of experience working on live projects alongside top industry experts and academic faculty. Opportunities abound to develop a "ready for the real world" tool kit of new skills through regular trainings targeted to grow analytical and business skills. The environment and engagements provide summer staff with a broad knowledge of the consulting field and exposure to multiple industries and disciplines. The 2017 Case Study project was a cross-office, cross-practice case study where Interns put on their "Project Manager hat", collaborated on building a case plan and presented their findings to supporters across the firm.

A CRA internship offers the chance to grow your network and build your personal brand through office, practice, and Intern events. Additionally, Interns have the opportunity to interact across practice areas at a global level. After the internship, there is the potential to be considered for a full-time role, working with a team you already know.

Eligibility

CRA is looking for curious, analytical, highly-motivated undergraduates who are majoring in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, physical sciences, accounting, or another quantitative discipline.

CRA values knowledge of economic and financial concepts, research experience, quantitative ability, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and a high level of initiative.

They expect Analyst Interns to use data to solve client problems, work collaboratively with a team, effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks, and take pride and ownership in their work.
