Wells Fargo & Company's CAO/Corporate HR Internship Program is ideal for current undergraduates interested in working in a collaborative environment and who want to gain a deeper knowledge of communications, marketing, human resources and government and community relations from the perspective of the financial services industry. The program also exposes participants to a variety of business groups, providing a good understanding of Wells Fargo’s operations, business strategies, and corporate culture.

Over the course of 10 weeks, participants will work alongside team members who are experts in their fields to complete a project and benefit from coaching and performance feedback sessions. Interns will also participate in the Wells Fargo Early Talent Council’s virtual learning series designed for interns. This program offers organized activities that allow participants to meet senior executives, network with others interns across business lines, and form lasting friendships.

Requirements

The CAO/Corporate HR Internship Program seeks to attract exceptional undergraduate college students to a talent pool of generational, ethnic and gender diverse participants.

Internships are available in Charlotte, San Francisco, Oakland, Los Angeles, San Diego, Philadelphia, New York, and Minnesota. Position location is determined by business need, tied to the business function and is not flexible.

Living and relocation expenses are not part of the program. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Wells Fargo will not sponsor visas for this position, and will not hire individuals whose work eligibility is based on their F-1 or other student visa status.
