Accounting Internship Program - Wipfli offers full-time accounting internships over the spring semester. Wipfli's rotational internship program provides students the opportunity to experience tax, audit, and several industries represented in the market. Interns will be responsible for utilizing educational knowledge and experience to perform numerous tax and audit related responsibilities; preparation of a variety of individual and corporate tax returns and financial statements, conducting tax research and other appropriate or related financial reports, and responding to tax inquiries from clients and from government notices. Internships last from the first week of January through April 15th.
Consulting Internship Program - Wipfli offers a full-time technology consulting internship opportunity over the summer. Our consultants work closely with our clients to help them optimize their value streams – the way they deliver value via products and services to their customers. Interns will assist with the analysis, design, selection, and implementation of ERP, CRM software systems, Business Intelligence systems, project management associated with industry software solutions, as well as exposure to Lean principles in all that we do! The internships begin the first week of June through the end of August.

Accounting Internship: Pursuing a degree within Accounting and plans to pursue the CPA certification upon completion of education. The taxation class must be completed prior to beginning an internship with Wipfli. Demonstrated ability to think independently and make good decisions based on education and experience. Above average communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
Consulting Internship: Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Economics or other related field of study. Strong academic performance, 3.2 GPA minimum within your major coursework. Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologies. Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities. Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement.
