About CohnReznick Imagine More Internship Program

COVID-19 Update

CohnReznick has been actively monitoring the rapidly evolving situation surrounding the spread of COVID-19 and the health and safety of our people has been our number one priority. As a result, our firm has taken the position to transition our entire workforce to a remote workspace. During this evolving situation, we are continuously adapting our recruiting process to ensure we are innovative and proactive as we navigate these complex circumstances. Below are some of the ways we are adapting as a firm:

• Video interviewing: We invited all candidates for our Early Identification program to submit a video answering 3 main questions instead of in-person interviews.

• Virtual on-boarding for new hires

• Virtual summer internship: We reduced the length of our internship program from 10 to 5weeks and will host it virtually.

• Virtual networking events: Candidates who received offers for 2021 internships have been invited to attend half-day virtual networking events giving them the opportunity to get a sneak peek at our culture and our people.

While recruiting has slowed down for experienced hires in our Audit and Tax practices, we are continuing to pipeline great talent for our future needs. We are still actively recruiting for some of our Advisory practices and welcome you to visit our Careers Page to explore all of our current and projected opportunities.
