Senior Care Pharmacists

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) predicts that job opportunities for pharmacists who are employed at nursing and residential care facilities (including those that serve the elderly) will grow slower than average through 2024. The number of available positions is expected to exceed the number of people entering the field, mainly due to pharmacists who are retiring or otherwise leaving the field.
