According to its Legal 2016 Robert Half Salary Guide published by the specialized staffing firm, first-year legal associates in midsize law firms in the United States earned between $81,250-$112,750, and lawyers with one to three years experience working in midsize law firms made between $94,000-$128,750. In addition, in the same guide, the staffing firm reports that lawyers with four to nine years experience earned between $135,000-$205,000, and attorneys with 10 or more years if experience earned between $162,750-$268,000.
