- lots of opportunities for networking

- highly political atmosphere makes for good internal relationship building opportunities

- stretch your skills as you will be picking up after your manager

- pretty good commission structure

- poor management and even worse leadership

- highly political and toxic atmosphere

- promotion based on how well you are liked and not on skill

- no development

- excessive workload

- inconsistent and unclear communication

Advice to Candidates

Sprint is a great place to learn how not to run a company. Despite the toxic nature of this working environment—at least in my district, I’m sure there are other areas where it’s not bad—there are great opportunities to network with c-suite professionals, especially if you’re in the New York market. Bad place but there are many learning opportunities.
