In response to COVID-19, Pace Harmon has changed the way we deliver our services, but we have not changed our focus on our people and our clients.
Pace Harmon continues to recruit top talent, including on-campus and experienced hires. We are working with universities to understand any changes to the Fall recruiting process and anticipate adapting to fit the environment at that time. We are using video chat to conduct interviews and will continue to leverage available technologies to give recruits an opportunity to meet a cross-section of practitioners and obtain a good sense for Pace Harmon’s work and culture.
Our firm moved to remote working in March for the health and safety of our employees and their families. While we cannot work together physically, Pace Harmon is committed to maintaining our tight-knit and connected culture, holding weekly virtual brunches and happy hours across our three offices. The firm has formed a COVID-19 response committee to keep a close eye on the situation both at home and abroad to anticipate how the ever-changing landscape might affect clients and employees.
To date, we have been fortunate to see minimal impact to our client projects as we help execute resiliency plans and reduce third-party costs quickly. The firm continues to provide thought leadership and resources for clients dealing with the operational, contractual, and financial challenges presented by the pandemic. Pace Harmon remains committed to supporting the health and safety of our employees while providing excellent service to our clients.
