Sales and Marketing
Neways maintains a network of more than 500,000 independent distributors worldwide. Nearly half of the company's revenue is paid to distributors as commissions. It serves a variety of markets, such as personal care, household care, and nutrition.
Neways has worked on developing its international business. In 2013, it began operating in Thailand -- representing its 30th global market -- through a showroom it established in Bangkok. Neways began operating in France and Switzerland in 2010; the firm entered the Korean market in 2011.
In 2012 Neways completed an out-of-court restructuring to reduce its debt. Private equity firm Z Capital Partners and funds affiliated with S.A.C. Capital Advisors acquired majority stakes in the company, along with
