Extremely talented crew of people - in all departments. Excellent resources, decent salaries.

They expect you to be yoke to your desk at all times (even after hours). Diversity in both race and gender are severely lacking here. A lot of nepotism and slackers when it comes to the managers and CEO-level individuals. Sexual harassment is an issue between Manager/CEO levels and the rest of the company.

Advancement in this company is tricky and takes a very long time.

Advice to Candidates

Push hard when negotiating salary. This company can afford it, and they will pay you what they feel like. Know your worth, present your case, and fight like hell until you get what you are worth. Take notes on a daily basis if there are difficult interactions with managers, high-ups, etc.
