The firm compensates well for base salary and bonuses. Promotions are significant and rewarding. Bonuses are targeted at 10% of salary, and increased or decreased depending on whether the firm makes or exceeds their budget. We hold monthly meetings to discuss our current performance to budget, so there is transparency as to what employees expect their bonus to be. There is a strong link between performing well as a firm, and individuals being compensated more.
