Consulting is about creativity, diversity, strategic thinking and hands-on team work. Does that sound interesting?

Interns

Find it out and take a look behind the scenes! An internship is the best opportunity to experience consulting first-hand. You'll be assigned to a project from day one and will have direct contact with our clients. Our best interns have the chance to join us full-time after graduation.

Graduates

You are about to finish your studies or have recently graduated with impressive marks and a passion for your subject. You spent some time abroad, studying or through an internship, which explains your broad perspective and empathic outlook. You have experience, such as internships, entrepreneurial ventures or charitable projects, where you've demonstrated analytical and strategic skills, team work and creativity. Apply now and join us as an Analyst or Junior Consultant.

Professionals

From MBA students and graduates with previous work experience, to seasoned experts – your experience is a true asset. You're a game changer who solves problems, who turns projects around. You will develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment and support our clients to master their challenges in a VUCA world, a world of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. Depending on your seniority level, you will assume responsibility for one or more modules or projects, lead project teams, act as mentor and contribute to acquisition approaches. From the start, you are considered an entrepreneur in our company. We encourage you to show initiative, think creatively and take responsibility.

You have personality. This is crucial to us. You excelled at school and university. You have experience such as study abroad, entrepreneurial ventures, charitable projects or internships, where you've demonstrated robust analytical and strategic skills, team work and creativity. A natural communicator, your spoken and written English is excellent. You also have a good command of the language local to the office you are applying to.

Is Roland Berger only interested in people with background in business?

What documents do you require with my application?
Your application should include a detailed résumé and a cover letter, explaining why you'd like to join us and how you'd be a perfect fit for the role in question. In some countries, diplomas, certificates and references will be requested as an integral part of your application.

When can I apply?

How long will it take to process my application?
We want to find out exactly why you're the right fit for us - and vice versa. In general, the process will take around six to eight weeks (from submitting your application to signing the contract) and you should apply four to six months before your ideal start date. If you're joining us as an intern, the process is usually more rapid. If you are interested in an internship during the summer period, please apply early on.
