“third tier firm without a uniform culture”

nice team-mates

some smart people

competitive salary

consulting is a good option to start career with accelerated learning (better consulting firm options out there though)

competitive in a few areas like automotive and operations


weak brand

terrible work life balance

low/ no bonus

weak know how and internal databases

no structure, principles, processes… like a boss company

partners not a uniform group of leaders, they talk behind each other even curse to each other in the office

some partners are truly sociopaths

no uniform firm culture, European offices are more structured, some offices like south east asia offices are quite unprofessional

Advice to Candidates

do your due diligence well, talk to people working at RB. Second tier per diems, third tier culture. Entrepreneurial culture = no structure, processes, arbitrary decisions at most offices.
