The firm's brand strategy practice area works with clients to gauge how their brand impacts customer behavior in a given category, to manage and monitor its equity over time, identify opportunities to extend it into new markets and segments, and to establish the ideal roles and relationships among brands in a portfolio. Specific brand strategy services include brand identity and positioning, brand portfolio strategy, brand architecture and design, measurement systems and customer analytics services.
