Candidates are phone-screened first, and then brought in to participate in a series of one-on-one interviews and a technical presentation. Decisions are usually made that day, so there is typically not a callback process. The ideal candidate is one with a strong technical background, demonstrated interest in energy-related topics, some hands-on experience, but most of all highly motivated.Sample Interview Questions
I can't provide typical ones because they are tailored very closely to the individual candidate. But we explore in depth topics of technical expertise, team participation and leadership, communication, and project management. We require candidates to carry out a technical presentation in front of staff covering all career stages.
