There are often 2 sets of interviews for both campus recruiting and experienced hires. The first interview typically lasts an hour or so and is split between a behavioral interview and a simple case. The next interview is a "super-day" with 4-6 components, including behavioral interviews, quantitative and qualitative cases, a Mercer fit interview with office leadership, and an interview lunch. The ideal candidate has demonstrable talent for solving problems, has a clear interest in Mercer's work and has done their research on the firm practice areas and its culture, and is willing and able to do great work for our clients.
