In terms of compensation considering quality of life, Kenway can't be beat. Base salaries are fair but conservative, but not when you consider the generous SEP retirement program and the generous performance bonus profit sharing program. Kenway has a SEP program, where the company contributes 25% of everything every employee makes into their retirement account. It's like a 401K matching program on steroids. So for example if I make $100,000, my base is really $125,000 and I get the pre-tax contribution benefit as well, which is powerful. Performance bonuses are generous as well for those employees that add value and regularly get as high as 50% or more of one's base compensation.
