Rigorous process, over 1000 graduates interviewed each year, screened initially by Cornell Partnerships, including online tests, face to face interviews and a market sizing case study. 2 interviews then in the Javelin offices involving case studies, competency questions and retail knowledge interviews. Ideal candidate is highly analytical with strong retail passion and a "Javelin" attitude - very professional but friendly and fun at the same time.
