To help hone their skills, the firm offers consultants job role and technical training, an academic learning assistance program and Global Campus, a web site with universal access to thousands of internal e-learning modules, so they can take the courses they need at their convenience. IBM also reimburses 100 percent of each employee's tuition and grants educational leaves of absence.
