Sample Interview Questions

The interview focusses on measurement of underlying talents (strengths) and personalitiles rather than specific skills although candidates need to fulfill minimum pre-requisites in terms of education, experience etc, depending on the position. Typical questions may include questions to find out if the candidate is willing to choose a career that will (i) constantly challenge and keep the person motivated (ii) give an opportunity to practice all of their talents and abiliyies and identify new ones (iii) give an opportuinity to work with people who show that they apprecaite their work etc. The basic idea is to assess if, given the job requirements, the candidate has the necessary talents and strengths so that it is a perfect fit.
