Interview Process

FMCG is interested in hiring high-octane candidates that will stick with the firm for the long-term. We look to grow and develop candidates over time. To make sure we have found the right fit and to make sure the candidate has also found the right fit we vet candidates very carefully. After a first round on-campus interview, qualifying candidates are brought into the firm for a day of ~45-60 minute interviews with ~5-6 professional staff members. Many will interview with the president or executive vice president of the firm (the founder and co-founder). Candidates may be called in for additional interviews after the in-office round; some will be offered positions after this round.
