We do a screen, a fit, two cases, and an executive presentation. Of our internship pool of around 800 applicants, 3 received offers, all with top notch resumes and personalities. The culmination of the recruiting process - the executive presentation, often includes an Excel challenge, data analysis, and deck creation, all within an hour, before a 15-minute presentation before a partner or a panel. There's no hiding in our recruitment process.
