Interview Process

The recruitment process consists of two rounds and no online tests.

The first round consists of two 30 minute case interviews with 5 minutes at the start to talk about your CV. The cases are usually market sizing followed by basic profitability or other strategy cases.

The second round is same, however, interviews are 45 minutes in length and are with senior managers/partners.

The ideal candidate is someone who has excelled at university, partakes in extra curriculum activities and has done some work experience which they have learnt from. They must have an analytical and logical thought process, as this is tested extensively during the case interviews.
