Civitta is an independent management consultancy in Emerging Europe. The Civitta brand first appeared in 2010 in Lithuania. Jointly with Estonian founding companies Advisio and Innopolis, Civitta group has expanded through organic growth, mergers, and acquisitions. Civitta is a partnership established by a team of experts with experience in international consulting firms, entrepreneurial initiatives, private sector companies, and government organizations.

Today, the firm employs 300+ consultants and experts across 21 offices in 13 countries. The international headquarters are located in Tartu, Estonia. Other Civitta offices are spread across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Moldova, Russia, Belarus, Serbia, and Slovakia with a sales office in the United Kingdom. Civitta also works beyond home markets – cooperation with clients in over 40 countries has resulted in more than 3,000 completed projects.
