It really depends on where you are. If you are working at corporate, your experience will be different than if you are at a client site. My role was to support a government agency, on-site, as a legal contractor. CACI management didn't delegate work to us... our on-site points of contact did. So, management had no idea what we were doing or the work involved. That can be good, and bad.
