MBA recruiting will have one case interview, two behavioral interviews, and a written case presentation - split over two rounds. Alignment is reached after the last part of the final interviews wrap up and offers are extended that same day. There truly is no "ideal candidate", everyone's unique life experiences add value to A.T. Kearney. Recruiting is not about looking for an ideal, but rather identifying unique backgrounds, experiences, and stories.
